A local inspector who wants you to understand your home.

MEET RYAN

Experience that goes beyond a checklist.

I've lived in the Baton Rouge area my whole life and graduated from LSU. Before becoming a full time home inspector, I worked in environmental, health and safety roles, including at the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality and local industrial facilities.

FAA Licensed Private and Remote Pilot

As an FAA licensed Remote Pilot, I can use a drone to view and document roof areas that are too steep or high to walk safely. I still walk the roof when conditions allow, because a drone view cannot replace a close inspection.

Ryan has personally renovated several homes and condos over the years, including maintaining investment properties. He loves teaching people about their homes in a way that’s easy for them to understand, without all the industry jargon that may not be common to the average person.
